We cover all aspects of inpection and repair, from replacing one tile/slate to replacing multiple fixing. we can clear and water test the gutters so as to prevent gutters over flowing and possibly drawing back into the property. we can investigate and hopefully find the cause of damp issues in the upper levels of properties.
We will discuss all work with the letting agents before going ahead with any repairs, we also document our findings and document the repairs.
